How to reach Naples Naples is located about 240 km south of Rome. By plane Naples' international airport Capodichino
has connections with all domestic destinations and the most important
european airports. By train Naples can be reached by train from Rome in about 1 hour and half. All the trains stop in the main station Napoli Centrale (or Napoli Piazza Garibaldi, in the same location, but underground). By car From north take motorway A1 to Naples, take Tangenziale heading to Pozzuoli, take the exit Fuorigrotta. Follow the signs for NAPOLI CENTRO. After crossing the namesake gallery, you reach Mergellina. Going along Caracciolo promenade, you reach Via Partenope.
How to reach Via Partenope by public transportation From train station (Napoli Centrale/Piazza Garibaldi) Bus line: 151, stop: Via Chiatamone, Via Partenope is on the left in the direction of the sea, a 5 minutes walk. From Capodichino Airport Alibus (Piazza Municipio stop) then bus line R3 (Piazza Vittoria stop, a 10 minutes walk straight on the promenade tin the direction of the castle on the sea- Castel dell'Ovo-that you may see on from the street).
